I dug deep into my ol' stash and found this fun set by Altenew, called A Splash of Color and paired it up with the "hugs" die set from Simon Says Stamp. Such a simple and fun card to make!  I just love the bright and cheery colors!

I dug out one of my fave coffee sets of all time!  The set is called Mug Life and it's by Ink Road Stamps.  I just LOVE the sass & snark in this set!

Hey Friend | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!  I've used the sketch this week to make a bright and cheery "thinking of you" card.  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

I used the Hey Bestie stamp set and the Hexagon Label dies from Concord & 9th for this card.  I stamped the "hey friend" stamp with some Prize Ribbon Oxide Ink, then heat embossed using Prize Ribbon Glaze... LOVE that glaze!!!!!!!!!  The "thinking of you" is from the Encouraging Thoughts set from Sweet & Sassy.

Kind Thoughts are Flowers from the Heart | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!  I've used the sketch this week to make a pretty slimline card!  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

I used the Modern Embossed Panels die set for that ladder frame and the stitched background piece.  The pretty stamp set is called Slimline Buttercup Blossoms (from Trinity Stamps) and it has a coordinating dies!  There are several floral/vine pieces, so I picked a few and got started.  I stamped then die cut them out and colored them up with some Copics.

I played with the placement of them on the ladder frame piece, 3 pieces was perfect so I got started on my sentiment.  The sentiment was all in 1 piece, so I inked it up in 3 pieces for my vellum tags.

Finally I added a few flutter hearts for a bit more color!.  This is the first time I've colored up this stamp set, and I am absolutely in LOVE!!!!!

Sending You Sunshine | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!  I've used the sketch this week to make a fun "fold" card!  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

The stamp is called Sending Sunshine (from Trinity Stamps) and it has a coordinating die, making it perfect for this card!  This is such a great time for a card like this, the image is great for so many events this time of year and pairing up the "sunshine" with some fun, spring-y floral paper is just perfect! The "fun" fold aspect of this card is super basic... I just chopped the front panel nearly in half, I like the way it shows the floral paper from the inside!

I love the way this turned out, the colors are super fun and cheery and the layout is super fun!

hello, Let's Hang Out Soon | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!  This window shaker card has loads of dies and finished of with the perfect little stamp sentiment!!  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

So as you can see I kind of swapped out the shapes a little (instead of a circle I used a rectangle window, and then rounded the top of the rectangle backdrop). As soon as I saw the sketch I immediately wanted to use that window die (Simon Says Stamps), and then of course it just had to be a shaker! lol

I don't make shaker cards nearly enough!  The shape on this one was so easy, it was quick to put together.

Sending Love & Hugs | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  We're back with another Tuesday Morning Sketch!  I have a small stash of stamps from my last Concord & 9th haul that I haven't had a chance to play with, but this sketch was just perfect!  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

This set is called Big On You, and there are coordinating dies for it too!  So I stamped the "love you" with some Kitsch Flamingo Oxide ink, then heat embossed it with some Kitsch Flamingo embossing glaze... such a bold and pretty pink!  Once it was set, I used the dies to cut it out.

I adhered the "love you" to a vellum tag, but it needed a little more pop so I added a piece of pink cs on the edge.  Then I added a smaller sentiment tag (the smaller sent is part of the stamp set and that rectangle tag is part of the dies) and a beensy little heart.  Finally I added some baubles from Trinity stamps and Voila!

Hello | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  I am so excited to be a part of the Tuesday Morning Sketches team!  I LOVE sketches, I have loved them since I very, very, very first started stamping.  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

So I kind of flipped the sketch 90, and I grabbed goodies from a few of my fave companies!  First off, I have just a piece of a teapot in the upper right corner, happily it also had a coordinating die, so I used it as well.  The teapot is tilted to "spill" out the hearts.

Those fabulous heart dies are from Reverse Confetti (and sadly retired). but I love the scoring down the middle so they kind of fold/flutter.  I also added some bauble hearts, and the "Hello" die.  After wrapping the twine around my card front and adhering the triple bow in place, I went to snip the excess tails and decided I really liked the way they trailed down, so I trimmed them just a bitty bit.
