KKS: Wonderful Wednesday, Believe in the Magic

Happy WEDNESDAY!!!!  I'm hostess for this week's Wonderful Wednesday over at the Kraftin Kimmie blog!  For today's card I used one of the NEW stamps from the MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS set!  Apparently I need to make ALOT more Christmas creations because my Christmas stash is WAY out of control!!!! lol.  I love how quick this card came together!    Ok, that's it for this uber-quick post!  Be sure to swing by the KKS blog for deets on playing along and some more DT inspiration!

KKS: Do you Hear What I Hear?

They're HERE!!!!!  All of the BRAND NEW Kraftin Kimmie CLEAR stamps are in the store and ready for your shopping pleasure!!!!!  Today I inked up another of the cuties from the Angel Voices set and this time paired it up with last week's Mojo Sketch & another new Christmas pad in the Krafty Store, Cozy Christmas (MME).

I just love this adorable set!  Well that's it for me, playing with these NEW clear stamps this month has been a blast!!!  

KKS: Holly Jolly

Hey yall!  Welcome back to another day of FABULOUS peeks!!  Today the Krafty Girls are peeking 3 NEW SETS!  This one is called HOLLY JOLLY (see full set below).  In honor of the BRAND NEW CLEAR STAMPS at Kraftin Kimmie, I made a CLEAR CARD... well kind of.  It's hard to see, but the wreath is actually on the INSIDE of the card.  I've stamped the sentiment on a piece of acetate for the front panel.  With the card "closed" the sentiment sits in the middle of the wreath!

The base is the black cs, for the front I punched a holly border then adhered that piece to the acetate.  I added a fluffy red bow to the front center.

This is the card open.  Again, it's kind of hard to see, but I used some Cinnamon Stickles on the edges of the pinecones then added some Sakura Stardust here & there on the white panel.  While I really love going crazy with Christmas cards, I really like when I can do something clean and simple and quick... quick cards mean more handmade Christmas cards ;)  Well that's all I have for you today.  See ya later today at the Release Party and then I'll see ya back here tomorrow for the Release hop!!

 

 

KKS: Made by Elves!

Hey yall!  Welcome back to another day of Kraftin Kimmie peeks!!!  Today the Krafty Girls are inking up the MADE BY ELVES set!  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these cuties!!!!  I combined my Krafty Elf with this months Krafty Sketch :) and one of the new American Crafts pads from the Krafty Store, Deck the Halls!

I colored my elf with Copics, and used some splashes of Sakura Stardust pen on the bells on his shoes and hat.  I also used some Spica Glitter pens on his Garland.  Add a few Kraftin Kimmie's Sparkles "here & there" and voila!  Well that's all I have for you today, time to get you hoppin' along to the next Krafty Girl... happy hoppin!  Hope to see you again tomorrow!

 

KKS: Angel Voices, multi-fold card

Holy Guacamole, I LOVE this set!!!!!  Today the Krafty Girls are inking up the NEW Angel Voices set by Cheryl!  Lexi, Lulu and Lucas are caroling their adorable little hearts out!!!!!  For my card today, I did a fun little fold!  I wanted the images to be the focus, but I wanted more details to my card too so I had a little fun!!!  By the way, that clip on the top is just to hold it closed while snapping the photo.

Here the inside of the card...  All of the patterned papers are from the VERY MERRY pad by American Crafts.  The card stock is some Cherry Cobbler (SU!) I've kind of been hoarding!  The sentiment is from the MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS set we peeked yesterday.

The front panel that Lucas is mounted to is just 1" wide, I used a plainer green paper so he'd really stand out!  Behind him (and Lexi on the other side) is a busier Jingle Bells paper... love the contrast!

Look at swwet lil' Lexi singin' away!  I just LOVE her in pink & red!  Well that's all I have for today, see ya back here tomorrow for some more cutesy goodness!!!  Happy hoppin'!

 

KKS: September peeks... It's the most wonderful time of the year...

Hey yall!!  The Kraftin Kimmie September release peeks are kickin' off today!  In addition to some fabulous stamp sets, Kraftin Kimmie is going clear!!!  That's right, all of this month's stamp sets are CLEAR STAMPS!!!!!!  Today the Krafty Girls are inking up a brand new Holiday Sentiment set, THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS designed by our own Becky Pearce.

For my peek today, I made a Shadow Box Ornament.  With this sentiment, you could really make this for ANY time of year!  I used up some scraps of older Christmas PP I had laying around, and added a die cut Christmas tree and then a couple of stickers.  That adorable Merry Christmas button is from the Cozy Christmas Flair by MME (available now in the KK Store!!).  I added a little Red Pom Pom ribbon and then a Red Chevron ribbon hanger.  I am a little embarrassed at how quick this was, but what a fun ornament to add to a plate of Christmas goodies for the neighbors!!  Here's a peek at all of the great sentiments in this set...

CFS: Wishing you silly love songs!

Did you know that September is CLASSICAL MUSIC month?  Neither did I, but what a perfect reason to break out this super cute LOVE NOTES stamp set!  The music bar is stamped in Pool Impress ink and then embossed, both the music bar and the sentiment are from the LOVE NOTES set.  Michele also carries that super cute DOUBLE NOTE Fri-die.  It makes the perfect embellishment on this card!!
