This weeks challenge is an inspiration challenge, and OH MY GOODNESS if this room isn't inspiring!!!
I would LOVE to just snuggle up in that bed with a nice book and read for hours! Can't you just hear the ocean breeze outside that bedroom window? This inspiration was brought to us by Christi Snow, thanks Christi for an awesome challenge!!! I really LOVE these colors!! My blue background is textured Prism paper, but still seemed like it needed a little more, so I took the "xoxo" stamp from the Hugs & Kisses Sentiment set and inked it with some VersaMark. For the wordart (my absolute favorite!) I cut the same size rectanlge out of black and cut it at a diagonal, then used them behind the wordart piece (I just wanted a teeny mat around it). Make sure you hop on over to the PMS Blog and play along with the challenge!

I got the inside done and realized I didn't have anywhere for everyone to sign the card, so I added the white piece and since I REALLY have issues with plain white, I added some trim to the top and the bottom. I did an accoridian fold to give us some room (there are a handful of us that needed to have room to sign the card).
Stamps: Monster of a Gift (Paper Makeup Stamps), Birthday Cheer set (also PMS) Paper: My LIttle Monster pp (Daisy Bucket), Black & white cs (PTI) Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento), Copics Accessories: Black Buttons (PTI), Oval Nesties, Oval Punch & Scalloped Oval punch (SU), White Liquid Applique, Red Spica Glitter pen

This is Charlotte, she's the free digi for Day 2 of the CHA relay... I'll be back tonight to finish the deets for her and Ian from yesterday. Happy Stamping!
**ETA** Ok, Hair cut done, dinner done... time to get caught up on the blog posts! This is the digi for day 2 of the TGF CHA Relay... she is so cute and way fun to color! Like I said in my last post, I do NOT have any Greeting Farm images... I am liking them!!! After I colored Charlotte, I cut her out and then popped her up on the Red mat (I just love my Prism paper, and am in mourning that Prism is no longer. I am releived though that Bazzill will be carrying the Prism line... whew!). All of the paper used here is from one of Taylor's Key Ingredients kits (I {heart} these kits!!). Ok, enough babbling and back to work! Make sure you check back often (or better yet, subscribe so you can get updates when I update {wink, wink}), cause I have some fun stuff I'm posting this week!
Stamps: Charlotte (digi from The Greeting Farm) Paper: Penelope's Potpourri Key Ingredients (Taylored Expressions) Ink: Copics Accessories: Penelope's Potpourri Key Ingredients (Taylored Expressions), Black bling (Zva), Curved Rectangles Nesties

**ETA** My friend Shaela talked me in to playing along with The Greeting Farms CHA Relay. I do not have any TGF images so this was a really fun way for me to play with something new. The first day this digi, Merman Ian, is available for everyone. Now in order to get the next free digi, I have to make something with Ian, upload it and then post a comment with my link. This goes on for I believe 6 days or until I don't make the deadline. I picked up this new My Minds Eye paper at the CHA SuperShow on Friday, and the colors were just too perfect.
Stamps: Merman Ian (The Greting Farm) Paper: Playful Posies (MME), Enchanted Evening, New Leaf (both PTI), Neenah (to print the digi on) Ink: Copics Accessories: New Leaf button & ribbon (PTI), Melon Berry buttons (PTI), Deckled rectangle nesties, word window punch (SU)

The upside to being in the boonies... gorgeous scenery, peace & quiet; the downside... horrible internet! lol Sorry, this was supposed to go up last Friday.
This is another card from the Frosted Winter paper kit from Paper Garden projects. I just love these papers, such fresh colors! The sketch for this card, of course is one of Mercy's rockin' Tuesday sketches! Can you see her little snowball in her hand? It's a Dew Drop! Love it! And of course a splash of some Shimmerz for the snow under her feet. The NEW Hearts Bloom Paper Kit is now available at Paper Garden Projects... get yours now before they're gone!
I can't wait to get playing with this great kit! I'll have some peeks for ya this week!

Well a couple of weeks ago I showed you my card and a notepad I made for my stamp group, but I don't often get to show you what some of the other gals brought.
This was from Marianne's shoebox... I love these colors! And who doesn't love Verve images.
This one was the idea of our newest member, Tara (using all SU!). Love them both!! I have all kinds of things that I've finished up to get posted, so make sure you come back soon. Have a wonderful Sunday!!

Shhhhhhhhh, do hear that? It's the rushing river about 8 feet away from the deck! Do you smell that? That's the smell of fireplaces ablazin' :) This is the life! Hubby was in central Calif. on business so we all decided to meet him and head up to my in-laws house in Three Rivers.
This is the South Fork of the Kaweah river... right off the deck... so gorgeous! So peacefull and quiet up here... I just LOVE it! My MIL is HEAVILY in to weaving (as soon as she gets her blog, etc. up I'll have a link, {ahem}) so we had our "girls time" in her studio... she worked on some of her projects and of course I just HAD to fill in all the rest of the space with ink and rubber and pretty paper, lol! Actually, instead of brining up everything I own for just a day and a half, I brough up the last of my stamps that needed trimming, and some clear stamp sets that needed to be put into binders. Here's her studio...
It's really nice the way they just added this on to their garage (ya can't do that in Orange County!!). Well I don't post about personal stuff very often, but I just wanted share a little bit of this VERY peaceful weekend with yall! This weekend is certainly going to be WAY too short!
See ya soon with some more crafty stuff! Hopefully soon I'll be able to show off some pics of my nearly organized and prettified stamp room!
