I am having such a great time being this month's Guest designer, but I have to tell ya I've been DIEING for peeks cause this release is sooooo stinking cute! For today's hop the YNS DT (& me) are showing off some of this month's new release. The sketch for my card is this week's Deconstructing Sketch and I colored Cake Pop Fhiona with Copics. I used the colors from this month's Tasty Tuesday challenge (see photo towards the bottom of this post).
I kept the coloring fairly simple and added some texture details! For my shading I used my Pastell-Pitt pencils (I am still LOVING my pencils, but really need to practice more). I added some rhinestones to her dress and then some Spica Glitter pen on the sprinkles on the Cake Pop. I'm pretty sure that Cake Pop is Birthday Cake flavored ;)
