Happy Friday! This weeks Makeup 4 the Weekend challenge is to use Blue & Silver or Black & Silver. I've been wanting to make one of these Luminaries ever since I saw them and this was the perfect opportunity!
While that is a real candle in there, the flameless ones would be ideal. For the silver on his scarf and hat I first colored them using C3 and then went over them with a Silver Spica Glitter pen. I used a back Glaze pen for his eyes and buttons and a clear glaze pen on his heart (after first coloring it in). I stamped the snowflakes with VersaMark and then went over them with the Silver Spica. I think you can see the shimmer better here.
I hope you'll join us for this week's challenge, make sure you link your entry up to Mr. Linky on the PMS Blog. If you upload to SCS or PCP galleries be sure to use M4TW10.
Stamps: Snow Happy set (PMS) Paper: Night of Navy (SU), Silver (SU), Shimmery White (SU), Vellum Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento), Copics Accessories: Black & Clear glaze pens (Sakura), Sliver Spica Glitter pen, Navy Blue ribbon (Taylored Expressions), Ice Cicle punch (Martha Stewart)

Oh my word, this is so super adorable. I will have to try one of these things. Awesome!
